Master's Degree in Special Education
NH Certification Special Education Administration. (Endorsement 0006)
Experience in fields of Special Education Administration, Elementary Education
Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level
Alternatives to the above may be determined appropriate for candidacy.

STARTING: July 2024
SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000
SALARY RANGE: $120k-$140k
POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will provide oversight of all special education procedures and IEP implementation for Birch Behavior school. Attends all IEP team meetings and provides input to the IEP team. This position ensures compliance to the established policies, procedures and/or regulations related to special education. This position requires collaboration with special education staff, serving as a resource of information regarding special education programs and services; and ensures that procedures are appropriate in relation to policies required by state and federal regulatory requirements. This position will work closely with school principal in all areas of school leadership to prioritize communication and collaboration among faculty, administration and parents focused on student achievement.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Maintains state certification through approved professional development activities.
·Other duties as assigned.
